Someone has probably already sold you AI once. It's half-working somewhere in your tech stack right now.
I get it. You're skeptical. But deep down you know AI can actually work for your business. You just haven't seen it done right yet.
I run BeaverMind, an AI growth partner agency. Before that, I spent five years running my own coaching business past $3 million collected. I'm an operator first. Not a developer who tried AI yesterday and built an agency around it.
Real results from real businesses
Let me show you proof before anything else.
MovesMethod: a fitness coaching business doing over $30 million a year
Ben is the Client Success Director there. With more than 40 coaches delivering, keeping standards up meant team leaders reviewing calls by hand, one by one. They needed one more leader for every 10 new coaches as they scaled.
We built an AI system that reviews every call, scores it, and flags where each coach can improve.
- $15,000 a month saved in labor because they stopped hiring for it
- Churn dropped from 5% to 2%, worth another $40,000 to $60,000 a month at their size
- Renewal documents now get written automatically, saving 75 hours a month
- Renewal revenue has doubled since launching the new process
As Ben put it, their back-end offer is now like an entire business in and of itself.
550 Advisory: a benefits advisory firm
Brian Perry runs this one. Before us, a client email to their service team waited about five hours on average for a first reply.
Now our AI mail agent has a draft ready in under a minute for requests it recognizes. A team member checks every draft before it goes out.
We also built an AI voice agent doing the same job as a human caller, dropping cost from $1 per dial to $0.04 per dial. On top of that, we replaced a software subscription costing them $18,000 a year with a custom system we built in under a week, which they now own.
Scale Your Offer: a LinkedIn lead gen agency
Eduardo's daily outreach was a five hour task done by hand. We built an agent that does it in 15 minutes for about $100 a month in AI costs, no interruptions, no turnover. Before, one appointment setter cost him around $500 a month, not counting hiring time. Built in under a week.
Dr. Andrea Grandi: coaching scientists into pharma careers
He had the list and the offer. His emails went out from a platform he didn't own, and no sales calls got scored. We moved his marketing to his own domain and put AI on every recorded call.
Open rates went from 20% to 30-60%. Every call now gets scored without hiring anyone to do it.
Why I didn't start as an agency
Unlike most AI agencies, I didn't start with clients. I used AI to automate processes in my own company first.
Before BeaverMind, I ran a coaching business in the trading space. We built one of the first AI outbound voice agents, calling around 3,000 past buyers sitting idle in the CRM. In 15 days it booked 22 appointments. We collected $6,800. The campaign cost $457 to run.
Small sample size. But it showed me how transformational this is once you combine AI skills with business skills.
The old way vs the new way
Marketing. Old way: leads scored on gut feeling or not at all, and every video takes hours to turn into content. New way: every lead scored on your own rules the moment it comes in, one video becomes dozens of posts with nobody cutting it up.
Sales. Old way: calls reviewed only when someone has time, follow-up slips because everyone's busy. New way: every call scored the same day, follow-ups go out on time.
Delivery. Old way: you find out a client is unhappy when they cancel. New way: the client gets a check-in before they start drifting, and the question you answer ten times a week gets answered in minutes.
Hiring. Old way: applications pile up and someone reads them one by one. New way: every candidate ranked on your own rules so your team talks to the best fit first.
Operations. Old way: five tasks after a call, nobody owns them a week later. New way: every task from every call gets an owner and a date the same day.
The real problem isn't that you don't know things are broken
You probably already know. The problem is you can't see which leak is costing you the most money right now, or you don't know how to use AI to fix it.
If you already tried an AI agency and got burned, I get it. Most people in this space have no real business experience. They don't know why or what to automate first. They promise results they can't deliver. Some of our own clients got burned before they came to us.
The barrier to entry in this industry is low. Anyone can call themselves an AI expert. Don't take anyone's word for it. Look at the results they generated and the history of the team.
How we actually work
- A free call. One goal: find the area of your business leaking the most money or hours right now. We don't pitch anything on this call.
- Within 24 hours, you get a report with an opportunity matrix for that area. Every automation that could fix it, ranked by impact and by how ready you are for it, plus our recommendation.
- We start with the highest leverage system in one area. Once it's working, we expand to the rest of the business.
- Before we build, we agree on one number the system has to move. Revenue, hours, cost per call, churn rate. Taken from your own data. If nobody agrees on the number up front, nobody is responsible for it, and that's why most AI projects fail.
- It runs on your real volume for up to 90 days against that number. If it hasn't paid for itself, you get your money back. The refund isn't the method. It's what the method allows us to do, because we agreed on the number first.
Pricing changes based on size and scope, but the approach is the same for everyone. We charge based on the problem solved, with ROI in mind from day one.
At the end of 90 days, you choose. We hand you the SOPs and your team runs it. Or we keep working together as your dedicated AI growth partner.
Who this is for
This is for you if you run a coaching or consulting business doing over $50,000 a month, you want to reduce time and speed up processes, and you want to earn more by doing less.
It's not for you if you don't have processes that already work, you don't have time to build ones that do, or you're looking for the cheapest option expecting AI to do everything by itself.
If it's not a fit, we'll simply say no.
