AI Voice Agents

How I'd Install an AI Voice Agent in a $500K/Month Funnel

This is how I'd install an AI voice agent inside a $500K+/month coaching funnel, using William Brown's business as the example.

It's part of a series where I reverse-engineer high-ticket funnels and find where an agent actually earns its place, not where you'd bolt one on for the sake of it. (Fun fact: I've followed William for years, we were in the same mastermind back when we both ran day-trading coaching businesses.)

The funnel

Organic traffic, mostly YouTube, into a landing page with a VSL, then a long, high-friction application, then a one-hour diagnosis call where, if it's a fit, three tiers are offered: do-it-yourself, done-with-you, done-for-you. The friction is by design, it filters for people who are genuinely motivated.

So this funnel isn't volume-constrained. But I spotted one leak: when I applied and booked, nobody reached me until the call itself. Normal, and exactly the gap.

Four places an agent could go

  1. Replace the application form with a call that asks the same questions, to reduce friction and get more leads. Not here, this funnel wants friction.
  2. Deep re-qualification of borderline applicants. Valuable, but I'd need to see the bad-lead data first.
  3. No-show recovery and list reactivation. Great in general (it's the first agent I ever tested), but a data call, not an obvious first move here.
  4. A 60-second post-booking reinforcement call. This is the one.

Why the reinforcement call

The question is never "where can I stick an agent," it's where does it add leverage without breaking what already works. Right after someone books is the peak emotional moment, highest intent, they remember exactly who they booked with. There's the well-known finding that contacting a lead within 60 seconds can multiply conversion. So the agent calls immediately: confirms the application details, primes expectations, hands over a short private training to watch beforehand, and locks attendance. Same reason a good restaurant calls to confirm a booking, it elevates the experience and makes sure the guest shows up prepared.

It doesn't remove friction. It adds the right kind, aimed at a higher show rate and close rate.

The KPIs I'd track

After 30 days: show rate before vs after, close-rate delta, a quick post-call quality survey (we run these by default, so you learn fast without thousands of calls), time-to-close, and revenue per booked call. Even if show and close held flat, I'd bet cash-per-call moves, because the prospect arrives primed. Want to see the actual call structure this is built on? It's in the 60-second inbound breakdown.
